Will not fill our machines with stuff that actually sells. 4 rows of Mountain Dew that haven't sold in 2 years. When we call to get our machine serviced or changed, we get transferred to a manager, sent to voice mail, and no one calls back. Also, the guy who comes to our business to re-fill our machine (maybe once every other month when it's completely empty except the 2 year old sodas), he is a complete a-hole, rude to the staff, and when we ask for a change, he basically yells at us and says it's too much work. However, it's been over a week and we still can't use our soda machine unless it's cash. Vendor came out yesterday and did a reset, but told me he someone should still come out. They do not leave a phone number on the machines to contact them to fix the problem and when tenants leave notes on the machines they just remove them and ignore the customer.
