I would give J. Higgins a 0 review if it was possible. As other customers have stated, speak to John Higgins rather than Griffin, the person who answers the phone. This is not possible because Griffin always says "Mr. Higgins is not available".

I bought my pipes some time ago and finally decided I should share my experience with others because I don't want another new player to go through the torture of attempting to play pipes that arrived with absolutely no setup done and with a bag that had two leaks. One of the leaks was because the drone had not been tied off correctly. The other leak was an actual tear in the bag. After months of struggling with the pipes, my instructor finally played them and realized they were unplayable. The bag was eventually replaced by J. Higgins but only after a third party intervened on my behalf. This happened during Covid so the lessons with my instructor were infrequent, and she didn't want to play the pipes because everyone was terrified of getting Covid. The only reason I bought them from J. Higgins was because, at the time, his prices were much lower than other sellers. I had no idea the customer service would be so atrocious.
