Don't buy your boots from Long Creek. I bought an expensive pair of Corrals online and they used the boot box as the shipping box. The box arrived crushed and damaged, with tape and labels all over it. I can't use it to store my new boots, so I'll have to buy a plastic storage bin. The boots were also not in new condition, even though they were sold to me at the full retail price. They did not have any of Corral's wrapping or the boot inserts, so there's nothing to protect the boots or support the shaft. I received a pair of expensive boots loose in a crushed box, so I called and spoke to Matt (a supervisor?) and requested a bit of a refund so I could buy a storage box and inserts. He told me, "You can return the boots for a 100% refund." I didn't want a refund; I just wanted some money returned to me so I could buy a plastic storage box and inserts. The moral of the story? Don't expect Long Creek to care about the item they're sending you, and don't expect them to compensate you when...

Awesome western wear and boot store. Selection is unbelievable. They have any brand and style of boot you can think of and the best variety of sizes anywhere. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, but NOT annoying in regards to you trying to pick out or try on boots. You knew they were available if you needed anything but they didn't hover over you or try to talk you into what they thought you should buy, like so many other places do. Prices were competitive to other stores and online sites. Overall the best western wear and shoe store I have ever been to without a doubt. They are roughly a 2 hour drive for me, but it was absolutely worth the time and the drive to go there, and I can honestly say I will be going back there when I need my next pair of boots. I walked in to see if they carried a darker version of the boots I have already. The young lady working there helped me look for about 10min. They did not carry the version of boots I’m looking for. And that’s okay, but what’s not okay is when I was in the cinch section looking for a shirt, two of the workers were talking all sorts of garbage about me! Things like, “you just can’t help shitty people like that guy” and “I knew he was just going to waste our time”. The amount of absolute disrespect and lack of personal integrity baffled me.
