I looked at his reviews after my wife and I had been customers for several months. My reason was to see if anyone could possibly give this vet clinic any rating other than a 5 plus. I looked at over 200 and reading most I come across only 3 that rated him below a 5. One give him them a 1 because they had not answered the phone. One gave them a 1 that I think they didn't understand the rating scale because the review was praising them. My wife thinks they rated him as being NUMBER 1 VET. The last one given - I didn't understand because they had a pit bull that had parvo and after a month the pit lost a leg. Sorry for animal to suffer but knowing Dr. Tripp I would guarantee he would be disappointed to her that. Don't believe I have ever met a Doctor and staff across the board more caring and dedicated to his profession. When we first came I did think he had a little flaw because he was a die hard OSU FAN and now with my grandson at OSU and the SOONERS AND COWBOYS in different conferences he has made my wife and I true OU/OSU FAN. DON'T laugh I guess we had the flaw. Go COWBOYS!!! To my wife and I God must have put him here to bring love and peace to a lost world. What a VET!!! We are animal lovers, Sooner fans, now Cowboy fans, Dr. Tripp fan and Dr. Tripp staff fans. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME AND WE KEEP YOU IN OUR PRAYERS!!! I want to share how much I appreciate this clinic. I trust this place and no other, and I’ve been to many. I live in Fort Worth Texas and I was recommended this hospital for my new puppy. Brought her down for spay, not knowing she was too young, no fault to the hospital. I commend them on calling and letting me know how old she was and that they would need to wait to have her spayed for medical reasons. In my experience as an animal owner and groomer I have dealt with a lot of people who will cut corners just to make a profit at the expense of animals lives and wellbeing. I 100% recommend coming here. These are honest people who truly care about the wellbeing of their clients. I will be returning in a few months for her spay. Love Love Love this Animal Hosp. Dr Tripp and his WONDERFUL staff are the BEST. They are so good with our VERY over protective of her people Dutch Shepherd. She can be a bit snippy if we are in the room when she is being examined. She is always treated with love and understanding. She does very well when we hand her off. We trust them completely when they take her to the back to exam and treat her. The staff always gives Rosie a good girl review which speaks volumes that she lets them handle her with ease. It means she trusts them as well. We are truly grateful because our rescue girl had been through a lot in her past life before she adopted us. As long as they'll have us, we are clients...
