It makes me sad to give a 1 star review but this jerky has gone so far downhill in the last year. I’ve been getting this jerky for the better part of 10 years and everyone who has tried it has loved it. Now it’s way too fatty, super greasy and oily, and lacks flavor, nothing like it used to be. My wife has been ordering me their jerky for special occasions for years and we even took a trip from Omaha down to their general store just to get some. Our family has been enjoying Luther's for decades-- since I was a kid going to craft shows where they had booths and samples! Since those days, our entire family has both stopped by the convenience store in LeRoy or picked up jerky at local gas stations, and had bulk orders shipped to us. We have never had a single issue, whether store bought or shipped. The jerky stores really well in the freezer. Received a bag of their jerky from a monthly jerky subscription I got for Christmas. Out of the 6 bags I've gotten, so far this is the best. Probably even the best jerky I've ever had. I finished the bag in 5 minutes, couldn't put it down! It was vacuum sealed, super fresh, and not dried out like other jerky. I was surprised to find that they only have 15 reviews. You can tell they really put a lot of thought into their product, really high quality stuff I can't recommend these...
