As far as purchasing my items that wasn't the bad part. The fact that I purchased a cooking stove and then a year later a refrigerator and both stopped working and they were both supposed to be new. They have me in the system but it doesn't even State what I had purchased which is crazy. I have called everything including corporate and all I get is I am sorry and they have nothing on record but my name or my husband's name rather and our number. kind of weird that they have that but nothing on record that I have purchased but I was told I was an excellent customer. Come to find out I have to replace my stove which I already purchased and now I have to replace my refrigerator because it was soderedsomewhere on the back where it wasn't supposed to be when I have got somebody to come and check on it. I'm sorry is a lot harder to swallow when you have to spend almost $1,300 to get two pieces of appliances to run your kitchen after you've already purchased them less than 3 years ago. Very unhappy with the service when it comes to that part if I knew they could not keep my information and I could not get someone on the phone to get something worked on or even looked at I would have never went through them for that. Easy to buy but hard to prove anything after a certain amount of time and also money wasted cuz I had to rebuy brand new again and they were supposed to be brand new in the first place. When you're hard up it isn't fair that you have to put out the money and still get screwed in the end very disappointed this does not help people in need of appliances I had paid four months on each of them with a plan to have two new items and both are already done for.I was told I was getting a call back still haven't heard anything else I'm tired of being on the phone every day constantly trying to figure out anything can't even get anybody to fix anything so now I'm out more money thank you a lot but I won't be...
Read moreMe and my wife went into their store picked out a 65-in television and a Nintendo switch for my baby girl's birthday we paid for it everything went well we got a contract we were expecting a delivery for the next day at 1:00 p.m. the delivery never came so I decided I was going to call and see what was going on they had decided to keep our money saying that we owed money on another item we have never been to A Plus rentals .. And then made me driver 40 miles to show him my ID for no reason and when I got there he proceeded to be confrontational and never even asked for my identification, we have never been to A+ rentals in our entire lives ! to own another item then I proceeded to be cussed by the woman and man working behind the counter I have already been in contact with the better Business bureau all I can say is you do not want to go to this A+ rentals if there is anyone closer to you that you can go to I recommend Rent-A-Center or somewhere else but this a plus will rob you they have been in trouble for embezzlement countless times if you want your money and your product the right way pick anywhere but A Plus rentals they don't deserve to be in business they are the trash at the bottom of the dump...
