Subway — Restaurant in West Virginia

If you like having your online orders messed up, enjoy poor customer service and are a fan of not getting what you pay for then this is the place for you!! The customer is always wrong, the employees could care less and it doesn't seem like these things matter too much at all. I guess as long as a business has live bodies present during business hours, not too much more is expected. Does anyone remember when quality and performance mattered?? I do and it's sad so many businesses have let these things go. Only one star because no stars is not an option. UPDATE 5/10/2025 I'm not sure what has happened here but the service and the food are so much better! The employees are always so attentive, kind and professional. The food is so, so much better. Everything has been really fresh the last few times I've gone here. It's clean and there is never much of a line because they are so fast! I'm not sure if they have new management since my one star review 2 years ago but something has definitely changed...

I was glad to see Subway re open but they have a long way to go in customer service they take far too long to make one sandwich and there's too much talking going on between the employee's. I have been in line twice now with a wait of a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and everyone I have talked to has had the same problem and these have not been big orders because you can see the bags as they are handed out to the car at the window and it is ridiculous to think that it would take that long to make a couple of sandwiches. Also they need to move their menu around to the side where you have time to determine what you want instead of looking at it as you pull up to the window that also wastes time.
