Price here is comparable to Walmart. which surprised me because often small local store do not have low price. driving to north end of Logan is 17 miles, Smithfield grocery store is 13 miles. with my 30 mpg car with $3 / gallon fuel price. it cost me $2.60 around trip to Smithfield store, $3.40 around trip to north end of Logan. If I include wear and tear on cars ( additional 20 cents per mile ) , and time takes, people with less MPG cars. it definitely makes economical sense to go to local store just pick up a few things like a gallon of milk,...

We were driving through Lewiston and wanted a cold drink and something to snack on so we stopped at the local grocery store...Julie's. Disappointed that they don't have a restroom for customers so we had to walk across the street to the gas station. Julie's was very dark inside and it felt kind of weird. But they had some great sale prices on cookies and crackers. They could do with a update and freshening up...but hey...it is just a tiny town market and does...

The store is going through a drastic remodeling stage. The new flooring is very nice. I really like the new produce and meat cases you can really see what is available.
