Update again- upstairs workout stretching area is getting really dirty again. Needs vacuumed really bad getting neglected again! the yoga mats are getting really warn needs replaced. Foam rollers are non-existent Update - Staff seem to be more professional. Much cleaner facility now. The upstairs does still seem to occasionally get neglected, but for the most part, it's improving. The ripped seats have been replaced. I now give them a 5 star.
It seems like this place is getting neglected. The floors don't get vacuumed as often as they should, and they really need to do a good deep clean and shampoo the carpet. Front desk staff just hang out and play on their phones. The equipment is getting run-down seats , ripped up, and shredded on some equipment and has been for a while. Upstairs, there was a chunk of dreadlock on the floor for over 3 months. This place can be the best with some better training for the staff and weekly and monthly cleaning goals. The employee we dealt with was pretty rude. Got real snappy with us when we didn't give her our age. I'm sorry, it's rude to point blank ask someone their age without any context. Had she explained their pricing model it would have made sense why she was asking.
It was weird. The staff member just acted extremely rude to us because we were trying to understand the pricing model and just exactly how much we would pay per month. Ultimately, we felt the price wasn't worth it for the amenities.

When COVID hit we tried to continue supporting local business and agreed to keep paying them $10.00 month even when they were closed and we could not go. They agreed and kept taking the funds, until they randomly started charging full price again even though we still wanted our membership suspended until we can safely return. Every month we call them and remind them of this arrangement, every month they say they forgot, or made a mistake, and will refund the full amount and charge the $10.00 BUT THEY DON'T! Finally had to initiate credit card disputes for the past three months - over $225.00 of fees they took for services NOT received, and that they agreed to suspend.
