Terrible experience!! Keep a copy of your original order sheet and invoice for comparison because these individuals apparently struggle with following simple instructions. Had them process Three pigs, then made 5 trips to pick up our complete order after repeated calls about missing items: Ham, Pork Belly etc. One of our pigs ended up mostly sausage (not ordered) but paid for no refund for their mistake had to argue to get a roast out of them in an attempt to make it right, then they had the audacity to ask us to return some of the sausage to their retail store!! Horrendously over priced for a place that can’t guarantee you will get your full order back or the animal you brought in to them! Horrible experience with these people. We had them butcher 3 steers and received back less then 200 pounds of meat average on 600 pound hanging weight steers. Butcher costs are higher than most at $900 per animal and the final yield was a 1/3 less than anyone else. The butcher costs alone were about $3.20 per pound in the end. They had no explanation other than that is just how it is and they do the same for everyone. Stay away from these...
