Awful experience. I called in the morning to confirm about a car, which i saw in a car selling website and then I drove 20 miles to see it. The staffs did not even entertain much. They just told the car price is not listed correctly even when I saw the car with the same low price in their system in front of me. They increased the price by $3k and told that some mistakes happen in the advertisement. But they confirmed me the price in the morning. Even after that I asked for the Carfax or autochek report of the car, so that I can see the history. They refused to provide it. I have visited lots of dealer and no one ever has refused to show the car history. They were only giving me the VIN number, which I can easily get it from the advertisement. They did not even show me the car. THE WORST DEALER I HAVE VISITED IN RECENT TIME. They are very busy with their other works even when customers are inside the shop. Also they told about another car which I was not looking for, and I found by the year, millage and model that it is such a overpriced. Worst car dealer!!! I was two payments behind in which was my fault but if you have a family this might not be a great place to look. Down payments are really low but service is horrible. Not only is there no communication between the agents that work there but the supervisor is a real a**, excuse the language but there isn't a nicer word I could find. I got a truck from there and not only did it need an oil change straight out of the lot but they gave it to me with an empty tank. I fall two payments behind and they repo the truck. I understand falling behind is my fault but they don't work with you. I called to pay my past due balance as well as the repo order and of course they ignore my calls. Finally I get a call back from an agent who says the supervisor refuses to let us become current and the only way to get the truck back would be to pay the full balance. They have no understanding that life happens. When you have a family things happen and you sometimes fall behind with bills. They will not work with me and there is zero communication. My fiance had put the $100 down to at least keep it from being sold. Found a few things wrong with it and they said they would fix it and have it all done on monday the 12th when he went on friday the 9th i believe....monday rolls around we go back to test drive it the check emission light was on. So we told them and they said they would replace all 6 spark plugs. (Hint only takes about an hour). Tuesday comes dont have it done. Wednesday didnt get a call so i go in around 6pm something. I had the down payment in my hand cause they had all my fiances paperwork all i needed to do was sign for it and test drive it again....nope i wasnt allow to. Its either all his information or all my information being DL, pay stubs etc...like why does that matter you have his pay stubs all the information you needed but i wasnt allow to sign it....i can go to a dealership and buy a brand new car and have someone else payment information and me just sign for the car. But a place like this wont do that?!...
