I was not very impressed with my experience with ace In Lexington, NE. They had very poor customer service and worked with me enough to get by. I also did not appreciate them calling my references. I got text messages and calls early in the morning asking for a payment the day it was due repeatedly in which I had always paid on time. The BIGGEST complaint that I have is that we weren’t informed about after 6 months of making payments they double the original price so you end up having to pay double what they first quote you....
