Great sevice experience that's so hard to find these days! I was referred to Southeastern Audio by a business my church worked with (Sound and Images, Inc - also very good). We needed help at our residence which was not in Sound and Images lane. First, someone answered as soon as I called. Within 2 weeks our project was complete. Joel and Ricky made suggestions and, best of all did not take advantage of our ignorance with the technology. They probably could have sold us multiple devices, systems etc... but instead they told us we had a good set up and may simply want to add a remote to make all of it work together. They quickly brought and installed the new device and even got us something we could easily understand how to use. They took their time to explain and train us. They even "dumbed down" the language so we could understand. No tech jagon that would fly right over our heads. I got lucky and found these awesome guys by total accident when I looked on the internet and found Southeastern Audio and Video. I was adding a two story back deck on my house with my pool. Joel asked me some questions about what I wanted (I had no clue). Joel and his team came out, helped me figure out exactly what we needed and walked us through the process. They timed our job completion with our contractor so it was seem less. Our job is now complete. We hang out every night watching our TV’s and the kids listen to music by the pool. I know nothing about any of this stuff and they set me up with exactly what I needed and even talked me out of stuff I didn’t need. The price was less than I thought for this high quality service and equipment. Totally trust these guys and you should too … even if they do all the USC Gamecock athletic audio visual...

Ricky and Joel have done work for me since 2018, and I called them again when it was time to hang my new 75" TV. Not only were they able to re-use my existing mount, saving me likely $200+, they charged MUCH less than having the store my TV came from install it.

Beyond cost, they helped me customize the TV settings, make sure everything worked to my liking, and that was honestly an added bonus. These guys do a ton of commercial work, have been in the area for decades, and I'll never call anyone else to do my A/V related stuff.
