I went in knowing what I needed (at least I thought I did). When all was said and done they did everything I needed to get my place furnished and that took some trial and error on my part. They were very helpful and the delivery guys were super nice and respectful even after doing some back and forth with a couch that would not fit. They got me a fixed up and I am very happy with the outcome. I was sitting on the love seat and noticed a spot that looked like it might come apart at sometime so I took the cushion in to them and they found a replacement for it and were again, very helpful so I picked out a couple chairs and am looking forward to getting those. These people have been in this area for a long time and I can tell its because of the customer service they provide. ...

I purchased a mattress and box spring from Brown's. They delivered to me in 30 mins and set it up for me and even helped take the old one out. Very impressed! I had this bed for less than a week and where our bodies were..indented in the mattress.. So I called and asked what could be done. They told me they had to come see it and get ahold of the manufacturer and could swap it out for the same mattress only a new one. I was fine with that. But the 2 months wait for it to happen. No calls to me to update me on the situation. I am supposed to be getting the replacement today. If the same thing happens I Will be one very unhappy customer!! I already am!! I wouldnt spend a dollar more with Brown's. I do however like my living room furniture so far.. No...

By far the best costumer service! The delivery guys were exceptional and the salesman was so kind. My MIL is sick and very weak so she was unable to go to the store. They took a few accent chairs to her house so she could pick out the one she liked. I haven’t ever experienced phenomenal customer service like this...
