I love, love Hat Creek Butchery! I have gotten Waguy hamburger, stew meat, regular hamburger and roast. Everyone of them was so tender. The texture and taste of Hat Creek meat is so different from store bought meats. Absolutely no comparison. I just bought their sausage. Excited to fry...
