What a gem this is! Lovely clean dining room and friendly hospitable service. Service is from the owners who are also the chefs. Husband had the chili verde burrito, it was full of fresh homemade local ingredients. Really delicious. I had the steak sopas and they were the best I've ever had. No kidding, they were flavorful, delicate and beautifully textured. Owner Felix and his wife make a lovely condiment of chipotle chilis -- chilis are mixed with spices and sugar cane -- that was a great addition. Phenomenal! Our family of 6 (from WI) has been traveling from CO, to UTAH, AZ, NM, TX, OK and now KS on our way home and this authentic Mexican is the best food we’ve had all week! A quaint, friendly atmosphere, very clean and just the yummiest food. Such a wonderful change from fast paced restaurants. We feel so blessed to have found this restaurant! Best Sopes ive ever eaten, I ended up talking with the owners and he was telling me how him and his wife made everything fresh that day or when I ordered it. The tortillas were made this morning and the meat was cooked after I placed my order. That's why it tasted so good and had so much flavor. I was telling him how I really like the way his restaurant was painted and remodeled. Everything is painted beautifully and everything is new, his wife and him did all of that. It was 100%...
