Dollar General — Local services in Liberty Township

Charged for Items on my credit card that the cashier said didn't go through. I had to call card company to resolve the issue, because even though I showed them the proof on my phone that the transaction completed, and told them maybe the register had a problem, or something on thier end, I was treated like a scam artist and a criminal, over $12 they seemed to get pleasure and gratification in me being upset with the situation. Wouldnt even try to check if there was a problem on thier end. I will definitly pay the extra money next door when I need to pick up a few items. This store and it's employees make our community look bad. You would think after a while they would remember peoples faces. I only go in this place three or four times a week for the past six years. I had just gotten off of work and was pushing getting to their location to purchase some necessary items that I would not be able to get in the morning due to my schedule over the next few days. Upon my arrival, I knew I only had a few short minutes to gather the items and check out. They informed me of closing time, to which I replied the importance of these items as well as their closing time. The dollar General in Baltimore, Ohio is out of date and needs to be updated! I went there yesterday and it was the first store that I couldn't use my S8+ to pay for my stuff! Samsung pay is able to be used everywhere except apparently Dollar General! Never had problems anywhere. Another thing is this store doesn't have a lot of things others have which has made me almost avoid the store except every couple months! I rather go to Meijer 13 miles away and avoid Dollar General.
