Puerto de Vallarta — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Puerto Vallarta just opened up about a month ago in our community, and I can’t even explain how excited I am! Last night, my wife and I decided to have our date night at this location. Fantastic decision.

We were seated promptly, the server was at our table within a few minutes to get our drink order in. The fresh chips and salsa was also dropped off quickly. We ordered the Guacamole, but unfortunately our server forgot to drop it off at our table. She was really busy, and the mistake was completely understandable. She took it off our bill at the end of the night.

My wife ordered the steak fajita, and I got the shrimp chimichanga. Although the fajitas didn’t have that distinct “sizzle” when they arrived at our table, it was delicious according to my wife. The shrimp chimichanga was delicious! The shrimp inside were cooked perfectly! We both really enjoyed our food.

We split the “butter cake” for dessert! It was warm, sweet and the presentation was awesome! We WILL be back for round two, three…four…….five 😂🤭

My family and I got takeout from this restaurant for my father’s birthday. The food was amazing, the service unmatched and the atmosphere is modern and comfortable for all. My mother got the chicken street tacos and couldn’t stop raving about how fresh the ingredients tasted. My father (a chef) got the pollo con carne and loved it so much he was trying to decipher the ingredients used in the dish (this is a sign he loved it). If you get food from this lovely restaurant, or get takeout, make sure you have an hour or too set aside after eating, because you will want to take a nap from housing this...
