There have been several things that have gone in this hospital. First when I was in ER because I had COVID they didn't give me my call light and I started yelling because I had to go to the bathroom I was hooked up to an IV and couldn't go anywhere and the nurse came in and yelled what do you want. The next time also was in the ER after I had a procedure done by pain management and had fallen at home called the DR and he said to go to the ER. Napoleon rescue squad was called and they helped me up and asked if I could walk. I stated I could try they both walked me down to the gurney and left me to do something and my legs gave out and I fell again. When I get to the ER the same thing happens there as above with no call light nasty nurse. With pain management I had told a nurse on my appointment that I didn't want to be here and explained why and she went back and told the NP and she came in and asked if I wanted to get a different DR. Now I dread going to the visits. My husband also was in the Emergency room and I walked in and he didn't have his call light and he was hooked to machines so he couldn't...

Had one nurse come into my room without knocking to grab stuff without even saying a word and glare down my fiance before walking back out. When I made a complaint about the care was told I just had to wait and my concerns weren't even recognized. I stated multiple times the wait wouldn't have bothered me if I had just been checked on at least once and was given a call light incase I needed to call. I understand it is busy due to covid but not having a call light is unacceptable. I had to go to the nurses station to even find out what was going on with my care while nurses stood around and talked. When I first walked out they even ignored me at first. My fiance had gone out before to ask for an update and then ask for water, both times he was given short response of he has to wait. I was never brought water. A great majority of the nurses were rude, the doctor just appeared to be...

Great lab technicians, great secretaries, fantastic general surgical department despite the office hours, incredibly PERFECT labor wing... Labor tubs, incredibly supportive of natural birthing, allowing diffusing of essential oils (with approved diffusers), allow personal music selection, have great midwives connected to the hospital, great food, television spectrum channels, nice open labor/delivery room. I hear they have a great connecting set up for c sections emergency surgery as well. Nice nursery too. Up to date equipment. Good place for stress tests also. They respect wishes and needs, they believe in the quality of improving life, not a typical hospital that just "delays death". Emergency department was fantastic, I visited 3 different times in 2018. Most of staff, morning and night were funny and upbeat. Some you could tell they we're at a shift change. No...
