As a disclaimer, I am the spouse of a student here, recounting his frustrations. The school really doesn't care about their students 🤷♀️ it's as simple as that. They are all about their reputation as a school. They don't communicate with their students (often leaving important meetings, scheduling, lectures, and safety measures till the last minute, if they even mention it at all, and still expecting their students to drop everything and accommodate them), nor do they listen to them (even when they send out surveys and specifically to ask what the students want them to do in a situation and get 100% response for one option, they will do the option easiest for them regardless with no explanation). There have been some really great experiences with some of the professors, but the administration is honestly not looking out for the students, just themselves when push comes to shove. They are too stubborn to change policies or curriculum to accommodate their students during a pandemic let alone for the general good and preparation of the students (even if evidence proves their current methods are ineffective). I feel like many students are afraid to give honest feedback because they need the school to help them effectively transition to rotations, etc (which shouldn't be a deterrent but I 100% believe the school would impede your progress because of it). But I for one am happy to be moving on from this place - and given their track record, they will just ignore this feedback anyways.
