If I could give a 0 I would. Worst customer experience you could ever receive. I had given my wedding dress and shoes to Pam the owner to sell for me. Maybe like 2 months ago. I called to see if they were sold because I don't normally answer calls I don't know. Didn't know if she had called yet. So I called to ask if they were sold. The first thing I was told was honey this takes time sometimes months or years and I have to get certain people you have to be patient. So I said that I didn't mean to upset her and I would be coming to get both my shoes and dress back. Came in to the store to get my dress and shoes back only to find out that shoes were sold which was never mentioned on the phone. Never was told that there is a $50 charge to get your dress cleaned either. She IMMEDIATELY put it back onto me and said clearly you're mad I can already tell. She acted like she was all calm and had no clue what was going on even though she knew the 4 digit number she gave me to get the dress whenever it was to be sold. Pam if you're reading this you really need to take in consideration how you talk to customers who only asked a simple yes or no question. It might bite back. Went in to this place not looking for a dress for myself but decided to try some on to see if I could find one for an upcoming event the First Lady I talked to was very helpful I told her I didn’t know what size I was usually wear a small and she looked at me and said try on some that are in the 4-8 section so I started looking and a different lady came up and asked if I was looking for myself and when I said yes her tone immediately changed and told me the dresses I was looking at were not my size that I was gonna need to go to the 16s and shoved me in a room by myself with dresses that looked way to big for me and were the only dress I tried on that fit and i actually liked was from the smaller section so obviously I left with nothing except a bruised ego and hurt heart I’ve always struggled with how I look and that didn’t help at all I was very excited to try on some nice dresses until I was basically body shamed into not getting anything I highly don’t recommend coming here unless you’re a...

I was looking for a dress for a friend the other day and decided to shop locally, I had been here before and the shop owners seemed nice enough. About half way through our shopping we requested to look into the bridal dress section, one of the women stated that they felt uncomfortable allowing young people into that section just to “try them on”. So we said okay, what about the homecoming dresses? and she said that would be alright for us to look through, however it was locked so one of the employees had to get their keys, while she was getting her keys we overheard her talking to another woman about how ridiculous it was that we asked to go into the bridal section. That level of pettiness and unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable, we gave them no trouble whatsoever. We even found a dress we liked, but that childish behavior made us feel unwelcome, so we walked out empty handed.
