I bought a range/stovetop at a good price and paid to have it delivered/installed per the sales agreement. The delivery guy was nice, but put the range on the porch and didn't install it. I was unable to plug in the range because the plug was different from what I had. I texted the delivery guy immediately to let him know there was a problem, and he told me to just take the plug off of the old range and put it on the new. We tried to do that, but couldn't get the screws out. I texted him and let him know and asked that they send someone out to fix the problem. I also called Uptown Flee market the next morning and spoke with Chris. She said I would void my warranty if I changed the cords myself. I told her I was willing to pay to have someone come out and change them and she said she would check with the owner. She called back to tell me that the owner was unwilling to do anything for me. I asked what I was supposed to do since the only way to keep the warranty was for them to change the plug, and she said she was just the messenger and that was it. I asked if I could return the item since I couldn't use it without a different plug, and was told "no." So I'm out the cost of the range, out the cost of a new cord, and out the cost of the delivery fee. And they don't care. They don't abide by their own sales agreement. I will never...

Stay away from the Appliances at this Place!!!! I’m new to area and didn’t check reviews. I bought a refrigerator, and a Washer & Dryer set. Spent over $1000 for these used appliances. The ice/water maker doesn’t work. The washer is now leaking as well. They claim their 20 day policy doesn’t cover the ice maker. 2 days later it leaked so bad I thought a pipe busted in my house. Continued chasing and calling from different numbers as they were avoiding me. I then would get scheduled service calls and they never show up or wouldn’t answer when they claimed on their way after waiting 4+ hours. Issue never got resolved stuck with junk appliances. Not to mention you pay for delivery after being late 5+hours they send a 60+ year old man alone who can’t lift and I had to pay and track someone down to assist after I clearly said when paying a $60 delivery fee, I don’t have anyone. LIMA OHIO UPTOWN FLEE MARKET

Bought a washer and dryer on Dec 13th 2021 It arrived 2 days later. We paid $80 for delivery and $20 for them to hook it up. The next day, December 16th the washer was leaking. After tons of calls and days of waiting someone finally showed up at 8:30pm and left at 9pm. Unprofessional. The repair man took a part off the washer and said he would be back the next day with our part. Noone has been back, Noone has called, and we are being dodged. We are taking legal action as they wasted our time and over $800 for items. They did not follow the selling agreement.
