Otis Market — Local services in Lincoln City

We stopped by here quickly today and saw that the parking lot was labeled for Otis pizza only so we parked by a gas pump to purchase some drinks from the market. We took an extra 5 minutes at the pump to feed our baby a bottle and most of the pumps were open during this time. Eventually this extremely rude and unhappy older gentleman comes out and aggressively knocks on my window demanding "can I HELP you?!" I explained that we already purchased and would just be another 30 seconds or so and he (nearly yelling at me) stated that if we're not getting gas to park somewhere else because we're "blocking pumps" and somebody had to back in because of it. We weren't blocking anything, we were parked at the back pump, no differently than if we were getting gas. He spoke over me when I tried to say yes of course, we'll move and was so unnecessarily nasty with the whole interaction. We will never stop here to spend our money again. We prefer spending money at places where people return kindness...

BAD BUSINESS! BAD ATTENDANTS! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Went there and got gas before heading home out of town. Big mistake! I had told the tweaker looking woman that works there “10 dollars in regular gas” I handed her a $20 bill. She goes inside and comes back when my gas is finished pumping and I noticed I never got my change and it looked like I had gotten more gas then I had told her I wanted. Then the gray haired old man comes out and tells me that Theres no way I’m getting my 10$ Back and he refused to give me the owners phone number. All because the meth head wrinkle face lady thought I said put the whole 20? I bet she pocketed my change and scored another bag of tweak tonight in satisfaction of ripping my last bit of money I had.

A white older man with a blue lives matter cap asked three times how much gas we wanted. We told him only 10$. Instead he took my card and filled the tank. Then started cornering me and screaming at me. A 17 year old native teen. When I asked why they gave me more than ten and overdrafted my card. Don’t recommend at all. I almost got attacked for his mistake.

I have lived here my whole life and never have I seen this man work there. I went in to ask if the charge was correct because I knew my card overdrafter and wanted to know what I owed. Instead the man ran in and started screaming and pointing at me in the store about not speaking up and it being my fault. Never have I been attacked like this until now. Never going back.
