horrible,Absolutely horrible, I bought $3000.00 worth of furniture 3 weeks ago and have been trying to get a piece replaced. I called the store in Roseville where I bought it, they referred me to the service center. I spoke to Craig, explained the problem, so he asked to send him pictures of the damaged piece. I sent 6 pics. He argues the area I took the pic was in adaguete. So I send more. Then communication stops. So i call the store of purchase they said I will have a manager call. Nothing. Unbelievable. I have spent thousands in that store. And never had a problem. Unbelievable, looking for who's in charge in this corporation. If anybody knows...
