She went out of her way to not only ensure I would get what I needed, but also did more research to obtain other items needed to allow me to complete the daunting task of dealing with a certain EMC brand. She did not have to do any of this and could have responded like so many other companies I have dealt with " we don't do that " or " I don't know" or not even respond to the email enquiry. Best customer service I have had in some time! Followed up by a phone call to boot, which was unexpected. The sheer tenacity Tessa had for helping me accomplish my mission is why I have no problems in returning to the EMC shop and recommending it amongst my peers in the industry.

We had a major project where we needed some local testing capabilities to diagnose some EMC issues. The EMC shop was able to accommodate us and our equipment for several weeks of on site testing and debug. They also provided rental equipment at very reasonable prices to use in our own labs.
