This saddens me to say, but I will never shop at Cooper & Co. again and I have been telling all of my friends and family why.

On two separate occasions, I was highly interested in purchasing a sectional for my living room. After taking the dimensions to make sure it would fit, I asked the staff who the manufacturer was. The refused to give me that information. Their explanation? It’s simply their company policy not to disclose that info.

I immediately became suspicious. What are they hiding? It’s a given their prices are marked up compared to big box retailers. I’m shopping local for a reason, however. I WANT to support local business and already know I will pay more.

I want the manufacture not because I want to find it cheaper. I want to know the quality, the reviews, and warranty etc ...
