Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Lincoln

Went to the South 16th on Old Cheney location, place is straight garbage. Failure on my part for not double checking what is already their one job they have to make sure the order is complete, only to find out that half my order was missing. After checking the food I already had at home, the french fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. The double cheeseburgers were cold, the pretzel sticks my friend got were cold, the two piece tenders were dried out and cold. The ranch dip looked old and lumpy and smelled weird. And the final straw... pun intended, they didn’t give us straws for our drinks. The only good thing that came out of all this is they’re giving me a refund. Hope no one else has this experience while spending their money for a service that isn’t all that hard to get right. We had quite a few people (7) and they got 3 of our orders wrong. I ordered a mocha chip blizzard with cookie dough, as did one of my companions and we both got heath in ours as well as cookie dough. The majority of our blizzards were dripping all over because they were filled over the brim. And our blizzards had white ice cream at the bottom (mine was "mocha") indicating it was not mixed well. Also, this is just my experience, there was a child who kept sneezing and he sneezed all over our napkins.and it was disgusting. This child was around 4'8" and was wearing a blue shirt. My girlfriend and I went to DQ because it was the last day of the buy one blizzard get one free. I had the QR code ready to scan at the window, but the worker said that she needed the code. When I tried to get the code it said error and the worker said that had been happening all day. I have worked at fast food restaurants in the past so I figured that they would just give the discount to us. That's what we did where I worked, we put the customer first.
