Franconia Notch — Local services in Lincoln

I could unload an entire camera roll here and it still wouldn’t capture the amazing views this place has to offer. It was my 1st time up here in the winter so I’ve never seen snow covered waterfalls in person before. I can tell you for sure, it was So Beautiful that I didn’t even notice if I was cold or not. Walking in the snow made it a bit more tricky then it normally would be, but that’s what you plan for when it snows. I really got a kick out of the patches of snow above the streams where you could see just a peak of the busy rushing water! Seeing this place in the warmer weather is Always stunning, but seeing it under 2ft of ice and snow is like being in a whole new place! Beautiful, like a mini Yosemite with four distinct seasons. I would break it down into 6 quadrants that each could be a whole day of activities.

We spent a day in Franconia Notch during a vacation to the White Mountains. We started our day with a hike through the Flume Gorge, which our family of four enjoyed immensely.
