Top Storage — Local services in Lincoln

I have been using Top Storage since 2022 and unfortunately it has been nothing but issues. I'm dissatisfied with the conditions that management has allowed over the time I have rented with them. I have encountered numerous issues that has made my experience extremely frustrating and unacceptable. It has been impossible to reach management for assistance, leaving me without support for urgent matters. The lack of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable for the service I am paying for. The facility is constantly filthy with trash scattered throughout the premises. It is not only unsanitary but unsafe. The prices have increased without value-added improvements to the property. I chose Top Storage with the expectation of a secure, clean, and professional managed company. I urge you to reflect on your commitment made on your mission statement and take the steps to align your practices with your values. I will longer be a customer here and I advise anyone to think twice before renting here if you value your property. I look forward to seeing significant improvements...

We don't need this problem each time we try to get in our storage into the gates even this is the problem with the gates getting in there there's nobody there to talk to and it's my husband arrived there after 4:00 and he tried to call and they said his name wasn't on the paperwork so I had to add him to it but this temporary number is not going to work y'all need to give us a permanent number so he can get in and out of there we're in the process of closing on a house and getting things moved into there and then eventually getting into our home so we need to be able to...

I don't know about the storage, but if you go to use the place as a drop off site for UPS ( Which is advertised) be prepared. The lady that works the office was the rudest , most unprofessional, And hateful person to be the front person for a business. I will drive to Talladega to take a UPS Package from this point forward.
