Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Lincoln

I am very disappointed. I called the Pharmacy to make sure that they had my prescription that my doctor called in. The nice lady I spoke with said that they did receive it and could have it ready in 30 minuets. This was at 5:49pm. I asked if it would be ready so that I could pick it up at the drive up window. She said, “Yes.” I felt relieved because I have been very sick. I arrived at approximately 6:59pm (to avoid waiting and make sure it was ready). When I arrive, the gentleman at the window tells me there isn’t a prescription for me. I try telling him multiple times that there indeed is one and I called in to make sure. The gentleman finally walks away and comes back to tell me that there is a script for me. He then informs me I will have to wait an additional 40 minuets to get it! Horrible experience.
