I was looking to set up a home theater and since I'm new to the area, I first went to the familiar, "Best Buy" , they set up part of my home ( not my theater) that I was not too impressed with. I was on a time crunch to find the right person to set up my home theater and a friend sent me a link to mountain view sound and video. Right from the very first time I met Ron, I was impressed by his humility, his knowledge, his warmth and his eagerness to work with my budget and needs. Needless to say, I'm absolutely amazed by what I have right now. He set up an incredible home theater for me that has blown me away at a price that was worth it's weight in gold. I never had to call him about anything, he set a schedule that he kept too, updating me at every step making me aware of everything that went on. He also set up a sound system in the family room and my work out area that was awesome. I'm just thrilled with the set up and the quality of the products he used was never in question. As we built our new forever home we were looking for someone to advise us about the direction we should take with TVs, audio, automation, etc. We were coming from a lifetime of being cable bound, and felt quite lost. On the date and time of our appointment, our doorbell rang, and Ron, Matt, and Eric entered our home to begin the install. Ron first walked through each room with his team and explained which equipment was to be installed and how it was to function. He personally set up the new Eero router system, and then Matt and Eric went to work installing the equipment.

After all Sonos equipment was installed, Matt patiently walked us through how to set up the Sonos App and how to link our sound and TV equipment. He, too, is a true professional and worked with us until we had a basic knowledge of the system.
