Duncan's Ace Hardware & Bldg Sply — Local services in Linden

I read a few reviews on how above and beyond. Great service,great people.... And we were so excited to go in and start doing business with them. Right there in the town of Linden. Not a nice group oof people at all! We have been in more than a dozen times and each time everyone has always been rude they seem it is such a bother to help us. We can't figure it out. I We were shopping for a charcoal grill and as a very rude sales associate came by she says that's grill is sold! You can't have that one. Not hi may I help you. She just walked off without offering any help or saying but we do have other grills.Justcwalked on by with no regard for customer service at all. I went in another time to send an return item back through UPS which they advertise that they provide this service.Well never go in and need help or want them to do anymore than take your package and maybe say Thank you.bbecause that is NOT what you will receive at ALL!!!!! When I received no help from them I called ACE Hardware bin Parsons. They were very helpful and polite. I was discussing my disappointment with Duncan's and the sales associate told me when anyone calls them from Duncan's the hate dealing with them. Everyone is rude and hateful. The young lady that helped me with my problem was amazing!!! And we will take our business to Parsons or Hohenwald. The ACE Hardware store in Hohenwald is outstanding as well. It is a shame. We bought land in Linden and do most all our business and shop there as much as possible. We believe in putting our dollars in to the community in which we live. We are building in Linden but Will NOT purchase Any materials be from Duncan's ACE Hardware. I realize we didn't grow up in Linden. But we deserve such rudeness? We have been welcomed by every other business we trade with there very kindly. I feel sorry for the employees and any other customers that have been treated as rudely as we have. Please don't waste...

This is the only hardwear store here in linden, and they are pretty good. Since they are part of the ACE HARDWARE chain, things ARE UP TO DATE, and well categorized. The guys and girls that work there never give you enough time to get lost before they offer help finding, getting, or even ordering whatever you may need. They have guns, ammo, and hunting and fishing...

4 stars for the courteous and friendly employees. 3 stsrs for the prices. Being as they are the only true hardware and building supply store they tend to charge on the higher end of prices.
