First off i thought Long and hard about posting this for view as i am i the the Business of uplifting and supporting. But this experience threw me for a loop. This was my third time giving them my Business the first two times were cracked cell phone screens and this was my son's Mac laptop computer cracked screen. So we got a quote and he told us by Wednesday they should receive the part and in a hour or 2 we could pick it up. Wednesday evening came i called up there talked to someone and asked if my son's laptop was ready, he didnt ask for a name or invoice# which I thought was odd, nothing said and xfer me to I guess the manager or owner, he said it wasnt here yet he did call later a lil before 6 and i said we'd come in the morning. He seemed very annoyed for some reason. As soon as we stepoed foot in no greetong or anything, he said to my son, we list your computer with a glare, my son saud nothing and i stated yout tech left me eith a cliffhangrr said nothing, i didn't know if there was a problem or what to think, he started to get argumentative and i just wsnted my son to look everything over pay and leave. I got home felt disrespected and called to express that ppl are human mihaps happen in life, but when he he heard my voice he cut me off midpoint and started saying the tech said you asked for status on an ipod which was a lie because he even said I called for status on my son's Laptop computer, anyway begore i could express how i felt disredpected and unappreciated he kept over talking me and being loud and very much rude, i guess his culturae does not respect women. I guess I am posting this to let others know whereever you spend your money always feel appreciated and treated with respect otherwise you have choices. In the fiture I will drive a little bit further and pay a bit more and go to the Apple store for service. My $459 was not appreciated there and I will never step foot in there again. For myself and my parents, I have brought 4 or 5 various laptops. desktops, phones and tablets, over about 5 years to this location. I cant comment on big fixes, but on the minor the repairs/replacement parts I have needed, with parts ordered, they are quick, responsive, and very helpful to understand the problem if it is out my technical knowledge base of electronics. Not overly priced either. Also sell rebuilt/refurbished TV's computers, ect.. for fair prices.

It is in the corner of a small strip mall, The gentleman that services everything will help diagnose issues too. I just happened to be going there today so figured I would write a review.

They are a great, old school walk in type business. They also have some very unique things that people in their 30's and up would know what they are. I first thought to myself, are they allowed to sell this stuff? Things you don't see commonly nowadays, car speed items, some self defense items(not guns), certain types of communication radios(purposely trying to be vague) things you just don't commonly see now days which is cool. Rip Off! Bait & Switch Came in to repair a cracked screen and before I could speak, the owner was telling me the screen cracked because of a swollen battery. I told him no, but he would not let me explain that I dropped it on its corner without a case on it, from 2 steps above my concrete garage floor. And, the screen showed just that kind of crack. I checked all functions prior to going and everything worked perfectly - just a cracked screen. And the owner checked the phone's workings in front of me and found the same. All functions were fine. But sure enough when I came back 1 hour later - the battery was swollen and needed to be replaced, too! And for just another $20 I could get my phone back, though he really should charge me $50, what a deal!
