We stopped at the Linesville location. Walking into a chocolate store, you would assume it would smell like chocolate, but it had an odd food smell, and the kids were covering their noses with their shirts. The service was not that great either. The woman greeted us when we came into the store but never offered to help. We purchased various prepackaged chocolate, candy bars, and some peanut butter cups and pecan clusters from the case. All of the chocolate that was prepackaged was disgusting. It tasted old and stale. The candy bars were bad and the pecan clusters that we purchased from the case smelled and tasted like hay. The only thing that we bought that we actually could eat were the peanut butter cups. Everything else we threw out. And before I paid, I even asked the woman for a sample of the chocolate because I was so concerned with the smell of the store that I thought maybe the chocolate wasn’t going to taste good and was having second thoughts on buying any thing and unfortunately the piece she gave me tasted good so I assumed everything else we were buying would taste the same but it was all bad and we...

I live near Youngstown now and I love driving up to Linesville as it's such a beautiful drive and it's a great store. Thank you for opening one up closer to me for the times I can't make it up to Erie. My new favorite--milk chocolate covered animal crackers. I just ate a whole 4 oz....
