I’ve given this place 2 tries. I had to wait inordinate amounts of time to order and receive my ice cream both times even though they were not busy either time. The first time, my ice cream was melted to the point that my double scoop was a single scoop and did not have any of the promised mix-ins. I waited 15 minutes between ordering and receiving my ice cream even though I was the only customer at the time. I posted a review on another review site, and the owner requested that I give it another try. I did, but with similar results. I waited 15 minutes to order while they filled the order of the couple in front of me (just a cone and a sundae) and another 5 minutes to receive my root beer float. If you are looking for the creamiest soft serve you have found it. Not only do they have amazing soft serve, but they offer a vegan option as well as Dole Whip. Don't forget the crazy flavors of hard serve like Exhausted Parent, Bourbon-spiked espresso ice cream swirled with bittersweet chocolate chunks, or Heaps of Love, Oreos, brownies, cookie dough, pecans, caramel and chocolate ripples all packed into vanilla ice cream. I absolutely love taking my family here!! The food and treats are delicious I do call ahead as I have a huge family to place order in advance the owner is always prompt friendly happy with a smile on her face always!!
