Dollar General — Local services in Linn

I visited around 2:30 on Saturday, August 2. They seem to only have ONE person trying to work the whole store. I Waited awhile behind a family who barely squeezed ahead of me in line. They had a cartload and a couple handfuls of stuff. I stood there with my one bag of donuts and they looked at me and just looked away. A harried girl finally came out of the back to wait on them. I was trying to use the self checkout but they both wanted a password. I asked her about it and she ignored me. Couldn't get to wait on the people with the cartload fast enough. I've recently learned to check your receipts there always. I went close to closing time today, cashier screamed out closing time every 5 minutes would not answer questions, I had a price discrepancy on 3 items asked her to check them instead if checking she told me she couldn't look them up and wouldnt go check the shelf. It's always been a nicely kept store when I've been. No complaints other than having to wait for the cashier to return to the register sometimes. But that could just be them having to do more than one job because its not a high profile area or very busy. They have good stuff for birthdays like balloons and cards for around a $1 which is all I'm willing to pay for those items. They got the job done and...
