Well I called to confirm availability and to check the price of a TM710 disc cutter, it was a pre owned model. I was around the area and have been looking really hard to find a decent cutter. Pictures on the website didn’t look to bad. So before I made the drive I thought just call and confirm it’s there. I called the number that tractor house provided and it was for their other store. In Morrison I believe. They said yeah that machine isn’t at this location you will have to call the Linn location. Well after me calling 4 times to the Linn location I finally got ahold of someone at the parts counter. He said they have no salesmen on staff today and I would have to call there other store in Morrison … Anyway he gave me the number for the other store that I already had and that’s when I thought to myself. If they are this disorganized why would I buy a piece of equipment from them… So morale of the story don’t waste your time driving there. Or even calling go buy it...

I purchased a small Kioti tractor from the folks at the Rosebud location in the spring of 2024 and had a positive buying experience with the salesman there. Low pressure and casual- which is hard to find today when buying cars or equipment. Since my purchase, I have had a couple of warranty repairs done since and those have been handled at the Linn location. Jason, the service manager at Linn and his team have been wonderful to work with. Very communicative and they do quality work. It's not uncommon to have a good buying experience, but it's another thing to receive great support and customer service after the deal has closed (especially these days) and Jason and his service team have delivered that to me. Was greeted right when I walk in the door. Went in looking for a new tractor. Phillip answered all my questions I had. Never pressured me into one tractor or another. Did not throw a credit app in my face right in the door. Gave me a good price on my trade in did not make me feel like I was just giving it away to them. Felt like I was talking to a friend. Did end up purchasing a tractor from them at a great price. Will definitely be doing my business with them from now on.
