It's been a minute since I've lived here, but my new place def has me reminiscing about The Villages at Cross Creek, lol. We moved due to work. The staff was professional and the maintenance was always prompt, efficient, and didn't need any reminding. One thing I deeply appreciate was the CLEANLINESS and enforcement of cleanliness. If you've had dirty neighbors before, you know what I mean, lol. It's also pretty quiet. You could tell there was an effort into creating a sense of community (ex: hosting events, holiday activities for families, posting important notices, etc). Some things I really loved about my unit were the large oval tubs, high ceilings, separate dining area, large living room, in-unit washer and dryer, and amount of storage space. This was the view from my balcony. Sometimes we would just relax out here and even got to see some deer a couple times. Pool and bbq area are a plus. It did get a little pricey for the one month we had to stay over (a no contract month) but moving out went smoothly. No ridiculous unreasonable fees. I recommend these to all my friends who are looking in NWA.

beautiful place to live, if it weren't for the prices I would live there all my life, it is very quiet and you feel a lot of peace. Although I have to clarify that I filed a complaint so that they could talk to the next-door neighbor since his door entrance and stairs are all dirty because when they go down to throw out the garbage, everything in their path drips, those neighbors are disgusting, they hate them. I told the office and they never did anything. They only said that they would talk to them but it never happened, I can already imagine the disgust they have inside that apartment, it is unpleasant to live with such dirty neighbors and lack of hygiene, just look at the photo and video of their door and you will see what I'm talking about , that thing about looking very bad and having to walk past your door every day and see that dirt is horrible.

Staff is extremely friendly. Maintenance is quick to do repairs—I don’t think I’ve had to wait more than 2 days for a non emergency issue. They’re constantly making upgrades to the grounds (just updated the pool furniture & gym equipment). Landscaping is kept up beautifully. Great location, calm, friendly neighbors. Only thing I would change is interior upgrades like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc—just a more modern facelift. But I wouldn’t trade all the amenities and service for that. Also love they they have a playground on site for the kiddos. Great area.

I lived at Villages of Cross Creek for three years. When I first moved in everything was perfect and it was a great apartment complex. After my families first year living here things went down hill.

Over the summers the pool was never properly cleaned, it had a bunch of chlorine dumped into it year over year. Several occasions we had to disappoint our children because the water had turned green.

Several maintenance requests were put in for mold growing in the dishwasher door and standing water. The dishwasher never drained properly and would blow dirt back into our dishes making us have to hand wash them. We were constantly told to just run our garbage disposal to solve the problem. After at least ten maintenance requests for it, someone finally found out the dishwasher wasn't level and fixed it which worked temporarily.

We had our refrigerator break, and the response to that was to go buy coolers, which we had to use for a week and a half before we got a new fridge. I had to constantly call for the updates on what was going on due to lack of conversation.

My garbage disposal had a leak, and was causing water stains under the sink. I recorded video of it leaking, and was told no leak could be found.

And finally the move out experience was horrible. We provided over 30 days notice and completed everything on our checklist. After turning in our keys, I had to follow up with them for confirmation of receipt, which took two phone calls. We performed everything on the move out checklist and we're still charged a cleaning fee. After negotiating the cleaning fee out of our final payment (which took going through four people over a two week time), we promptly paid everything. During the negotiation time the larger amount was sent to a credit agency the same day that the final payment was submitted. Turning the whole process into a nightmare.

I would warn against living here and make sure to keep all copies of...

My wife and I lived here for about 8 months. After visiting friends apartments in the area, I can definitively say that it is the greatest place to live in NWA. The apartment was very spacious, and for that reason, I was the one who had the get-togethers because everyone could fit . The whole building is constructed very well and carpeted throughout so that you will barely hear your neighbors. And it is conventionally located 20 mins from Walmart Homeoffice during rush hour traffic (Otherwise it is a 10 minute drive)

The staff was great. Anytime I needed something fixed, there were there right away. Once on a Sunday, a fuse in the bedroom blew and the maintenance staff came right in and fixed it for us.

The only downside (and isn't controllable by the apartments) is the water. You need to get a filter because the water either tastes like it came straight from the lake or it's super chlorinated.

I come from the northeast where prices are usually much higher for apartments and you get much less. So these were the greatest apartments for the price that I have ever seen. I really loved the place and I was sad to go (business transfer). I will truly miss the apartments and especially the staff who helped make...

Have lived here almost a year in their 2bed/2bath and everything has been a really great experience. The front office always responds super quickly, and any service request I put in usually gets answered and fixed ASAP. AC had trouble twice during summer and ,both times, it was fixed by the next day!

Owner really takes care of you and makes sure your apartment is in 100% good shape as they are on point with maintaneaince routines. Communication is also great, you can tell they’re very caring people at the front office after living here. And there are no fees for routine or maintaince services!

The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, very well priced, and pet-friendly. Owners always make sure the place is well cleaned before you move in, and the landscape is always clean too. Even the neighbors are nice as they will occasionally greet you, and it’s always quiet around here. I’ve never had any noise issues and parking is always easy to find.

Seems like they have everything here, except one thing! But I won’t say because they’re a fantastic place and it’s not a big deal! Of course no one is perfect and I’ve thought of some complaints before, but nothing important enough...
