In May 2024, we purchased a Sceptre 34-Inch Curved Ultrawide WQHD Monitor through Amazon for $230. By December, the power switch was broken. As this was still under warranty, I reached out to Sceptre, who told me that I would have to pay to ship the monitor to them to have them look at it. They couldn't guarantee that it could be fixed and they also told me that I would have to pay again to have it shipped back. Given the size of this monitor, the fact that I didn't have the original box, and the distance it would have to be shipped, I decided that maybe it would be cheaper to look for someone locally to repair it. I hopped on Google and found that Seth Solutions was locally owned with great reviews, so I submitted a ticket.... on a Saturday, when they were closed. I heard back from them later that day, they asked me to bring the monitor in on Monday, January 20th, and quoted me $35 for the tech to take a look. I'll admit that I was a bit nervous, as I worried that the tech would take a look, charge the $35, and tell me that there was nothing they could do, but this couldn't have been further from the case! By Wednesday I had received a text saying that there was no adjustment for the power button and that they were working with the manufacturer to see if the part was available. By the following Wednesday, they had gotten the manufacturer to agree to pay for shipping the monitor back and to send a box for it to be sent in. Seth Solutions even offered to package it up and get it mailed at no additional cost to me. As you can imagine, this all took a bit of time, but Seth Solutions sent me regular texts with updates and, by Tuesday, March 11th I was picking up my repaired monitor, at no additional cost. Three months later, the monitor power switch is still working properly, and Seth Solutions reached via email to ensure that everything is still in working order. I couldn't be happier with my decision to reach out to Seth Solutions and recommend them highly. I plan to use them from here on out for all of my tech issues. Thank you...

Long Story: On a Saturday I dropped my PC off at Seth Solutions to have the following done;
I dropped it off at 11am and was called at 4pm saying it was ready to be picked up. I asked the staff if they could wait 15 minutes after their posted closing time so I could arrive there and pick up my PC. I was told that they were leaving right at 5 due to the holidays, which is completely understandable. I tried to get there before 5 however I arrived 5 minutes after close.
I picked up my PC on Monday only to get home to find that the fans had not been installed and the airflow in the case was backwards from what I had asked. The only things that had been done was the graphics card install and the cable management. After going through my returned items I noticed that they had failed to return the original power cord to my PC.
I called them today (Saturday the following week, their posted hours are 8am -5pm btw) at noon and asked for my cord to be returned to me, to which the nice lady said she could meet me there at 2pm.
I ended up having to spend an extra hour in Bentonville only to arrive at the location at 2pm with nobody there. A HALF HOUR LATER there was still no one there even though I had called her after 15 minutes of waiting to be told "Ill be there in 5 minutes". I ended up leaving and they can keep the cord for all I care.
All in all this place is extremely unprofessional, and the work they do is mediocre at best. I will definitely not be doing business there in the future and would advise against anyone attempting to use...
   Read moreMy TV malfunctioned and would not display an image or produce any sound from the speakers. I did a lot of research on the issue but was unable to resolve it on my own. I called in to Seth Solutions and someone promptly answered the phone. They took down all my info and let me know a tech would be in touch. Shortly after, I received communication from the tech and I scheduled a diagnostic visit. On the day of the appointment, I received a phone call from the dispatcher. She let me know the tech was on their way and gave me an eta. Two techs arrived at my home which was nice because the TV isn’t easy to handle. They performed diagnostics and quickly pinpointed the problem. After repairs were made, they fully tested the TV for proper functionality and set it back in place.
