I purchased two pieces of red leather recliner furniture over two thousand dollars. The chair and loveseat to be exact. When I received them and got them home the right side of the loveseat didn't recline. I was lied to over and over again by the salesperson Eric and manager Jason or Jeff. My phone calls were ignored as well. I was told service tech couldn't come to my home because of Covid9. I said Really? Because people are shopping in Cleo's without masks so really? Laura another salesperson was nice enough to come by my home and check out the recliner. She took my power pack back to the store after she saw what I saw no power to loveseat. U went the next day and was given a new power pack came home plugged in No Power?? I called manager and was then told another lie. This time he told me a service tech has been scheduled and by May 4th should come to my home to check out the problem. I waited and waited no phone calls, no service tech nothing for a whole month.i went in the store frustrated last week in May asking what happened to my service tech coning to fix my loveseat? Jason the manager told me I needed to take it to warehouse myself. Really??????? I shouldn't have bought it off display show room floor but I was excited to get it to my new home. And I was told because my furniture was in the layaway it would be ready when I'm ready. They told me they must have had to sell a piece this sometimes happen..What??? Another lie to get a sale after I have paid off my lawaway spending iver $2k. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. The end of May when I went in my family was getting ready to bury my grandmother on Saturday,May 28th. I asked manager for phone number for corporate and he said there wasn't one and gave me Scott's email. I haven't emailed yet but I am seriously thinking about making me a poster board and protesting right in front of the store by the street so people can see me and know not to shop there. They don't care about customers only the $$$ no one but the sales lady Laura who came out....

I bought a sectional from them and not even 2 days later the recliner of the sectional went out. They charge $160 to delivery. My husband had to find a way back and forth to deliver and pick up our furniture that CLEOS SOLD TO ME MESSED UP!!! And if you are trying to finance with them just know they're alot of hidden fees that Kevin do not let you know about. We waited 2 weeks for our sectional to be fix and I had to call them to see if it's done because they forgot to call me! They are money hungry and do not care about there customers. And yes I still have to pay for half a sectional that I did not have. They could have at least paid for the delivery since they sold me a messed...
