I had been wanting a Cloak for sometime now, so when my wife showed me her Halloween costume ideas and mine requires a cloak I went full steam ahead. Dina totally hooked me up! I called her and picked her brain for a couple minutes and talked measurements. I even gave her two item numbers I was looking at. So she she offers to go into her site and find me a few more options based on info I provided her. I ended up buying one that was even a little softer and a little warmer than the one I had looked at originally. Here is the best part. I told her I was going to a huge haunted house/hayride in three days and even though I did not expect her to drop everything, if she could that would be super! It arrives the freaking next day! I felt right at home working with Dina. She follows all COVID guidelines and we did most of the try-ons outside, which was awesome. Dina listened to my needs - something lightweight and warm, but not wool, with a hood and a hook and loop clasp. Something I can drive while wearing. And something that fits my petite frame.
