Very disappointed. First they advertised $1 bag of fruit, and didn't have any posted signs of how much the oranges are so my dumb tourist a** assumed the bags of oranges would be in that $1 range but no a bag of oranges are 16.99 and over half were rotten and 4 were completely molded over all around contaminating others making them go rotten faster. I had bought this bag a couple of days ago from when I flew down to Florida and drove back home up north. They were in my truck and they weren't exposed to extreme heat or cold in my care. Like come on I can go to Walmart and get a bag for a fraction of the cost and they won't go bad like that either. My family is allergic to mold and my 12yr old son was the one who opened the bag and was putting the fruit away and he had came in contact with the moldy fruit and had a really bad allergic reaction. I had to use his epi-pen and then rush him to the emergency room. If you guys are going to be charging so much for local fruit they can at leat be fresh. I like supporting local small shop hence why I stopped to buy a few items but when ya'll products almost kill my son. Shame on you. In the picture is one of the moldy oranges they other are in the trash and I'm not digging them out for a picture I not want to have an allergic...
Read moreI stopped by here yesterday to pick up some things for coworkers. I usually stop in Georgia, but the usual place was still closed. Anyway, I've seen the signs for this business for quite some time (since I was pretty young). I'm glad I decided to stop by. The folks were very welcoming and one of the employees was offering free samples. I thought it was a nice touch that he was covering the fruit samples with a plastic lid. The items are reasonably priced and there's a ton of merchandise to choose from. I opted for some peanuts, peanut brittle, and cider. The folks where I work were thrilled with the brittle and peanuts and have already gone through more than half of one of the bags. Next time I stop by, I'll have to pick up some more items. A nice place with...
Read moreRip off— If you ever drive on the interstate with a dry mouth, please avoid these large tacky and bright advertisements that are commonly poked fun of on Florida’s highways along with those eye rolling Ed Daccarett anti-abortion messages. Was told that there was no drinks on sale when there was a clearly a refrigerator in the back stuffed with beverages. Much of their highway marketing is deceptive of what their actual values are. Bruv You have no right to rob 10 dollars worth of Pecans when you advertised it as $6. Just crazy expensive Peach Cider ($15 Srsly??!), and barely any pecan treats or anything interesting. The store was hot and humid and were selling their targeted boomer phrases on metal plate signs as usual in a lot of...
