Aub Marley’s — Local services in Livingston Township

Had to at least give a star to write this. Truly deserves no stars. So for starters. I have learned that you as a homeowner/ PR of an estate should not be made to be out of the house that you are living in and or caring for. Aubrey contract states no one… at all can be present through the set ups and the sale. Once I agreed (bad decision) not once did she gave me decisive pictures and answers to questions asked as the process was occurring. ….. Mind you this was a new experience with me and I live out of the state trying to care for the estate of my family…… but NOW, going through this again so soon and having been told by the Estate company that you can stay and be there (at the house) through the whole thing “we would never tell you that you can’t be there”. Wow. Eye opener. Then to know that her family is an antique dealer in Gaylord and when I asked about the antiques I didn’t take, and how things went, I never got a good answer. (kinda ignored or a beat around the bush answer). Should anyone choose to use this company just know that for a fully furnished house estate, garage full of tools and equipment, machineries surveyor stuff hunting, etc, (dad was tool and die) gardening, yard, and a second home on the property. We only made maybe shy of $12,000 and her cut took 40%. Oh and she literally took things attached to the wall off and sold them. And sold things I specifically told her not to…. . Low BLOW….very disappointed Watch when you read her contract Really. Something not right about that. Horrible. Been better off doing it myself.. Just need to make people...

Wow! What a cool store! Stopped in while perusing the downtown Gaylord area and found so many pieces at such great prices that I couldn’t help myself and had to leave with a small car full of super eclectic, fun things! The store itself is a work of art with the exposed brick and rustic shelving and things, and the owner, Aub is truly a gem of a woman who is excited to show you around and give you a history of where things came from. And if that’s not enough, the sweet pup Zep that so many other reviewers have mentioned is the most perfect fuzzy mascot with his silly smile and glass blue eyes. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My parents decided to downsize this year and after 30 years in their home the task was too overwhelming for us to even think about tackling. We contacted Aub Marley Estate Sales on a referral from one of my sisters co-workers downstate. Aubrey and her team were kind, patient and professional from start to finish.
