This has been the most unprofessional and horrible experience I have ever Dealt with. My wife took my Givenchy watch to have the battery Replaced and in the process they scratched the back of my watch and even worse broke the two sides of my Band making it unwearable.To start after the battery was replaced I went to get the watch and they didn't tell me they damaged it; I had to bring it to their attention. After waiting over 3 weeks I called them to ask when will it be completed and be fixed and they said they have to order a band and to check next week. I called the following week and they said to come in it is ready. I get to the store expecting to have my watch repaired and to my surprise nothing has been done . He said he tried to glue it which is completely insane as you can see from the picture it cannot be glued. At that point my blood was boiling so I took my watch and left because I was at my limit with their lies and wasting my time. It has been weeks and weeks of being lied to I feel offended and taken advantage of. I now I have a damaged sentimental watch and this store is operating business as usual. It is ashame they are...

Avoid this place at all costs! I took my bracelet to be resized, and I was completely disappointed. Not only did they butcher the clasp and replaced 2 of my diamonds, but they denied everything and said it was exactly the same as when I gave it in. The difference was so obvious, I didn't even need a magnifying glass to see it. You can see in the picture, the repair person replaced the clasp/hook with a completely different size. And they replaced the first 2 diamonds with completely different stones and setting. I have total understanding that these jobs are not easy, but they did not own up to the mistakes that were made which shows a lot about the owners...
