HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I come here daily and by daily I mean daily. The tea is honestly the best I have ever had, their coffee too. I always say one day they will blow up because they’re 10 times better than Starbucks. The owner Naira and associate Veronica are so lovely. That’s such a formal way to address them since I consider Veronica family now with how much I see her. My first time in the store I was greeted by Naira whom I conversed with for a while. She was very genuine and friendly, I remember we talked about our cultures and, her being Armenian, she played Armenian music for me. After that I saw Veronica mostly who I’ve spent much time getting to know. She’s an angel, seeing her so often makes me happy. She was there to give me pre job interview pep talks and also to congratulate me when I got the jobs. They provide great customer service because they treat everyone as more than a customer but instead family. Soon I will work some jobs in the mall and will continue to buy from them daily. They sell individual drinks, tea packets for multiples uses, and antiques. It would be cheaper to buy the packets but I prefer buying the individuals for an excuse to come in and chat with Veronica. I usually order the freshly brewed blueberry tea with the strawberry boba pearls in it which together is honestly the best tasting thing you can ever drink. While visiting Livingston Mall for work, I happened upon a cozy shop with coffee, tea, collectibles and gifts. The shop was filled with beautiful tea sets, accessories, artwork and a wall of assorted black, fruit, and green teas. I've never seen so many loose teas before!

I enjoyed a cup of wild cherry black tea with the owner, Naira, which was fragrant and lovely. Highly recommend! Stopped in the next morning to grab the most delicious chai tea for the road (thanks, Veronica!) and some loose teas for home. I walked into this store in search of just tea, but I came out with so much more, the costumer service was impeccable, if I could give 5 more stars I would. Veronica welcomed me in and you could see that she really does have passion for the company, her knowledge on the teas was spot on and very informative, she was so friendly and she created such a safe space for me, usually when I go shopping I want to be left alone and find things myself but Veronica really made me feel like I could ask her anything, she let me smell all the teas she thought I would like best and then she made me a cup.
