I absolutely love this rock shop and the owner. I bought a few items that were all very affordable. My selenite rods will come in handy and also look great on my mantle by my Himalayan Salt lamp. Barbara the owner was such a delight I could have talked with her for hours. She also performed complimentary Singing Bowl treatments/shakra realignments for my husband and I both which was an amazing treat. I sure plan to stop the next time we are in Paradise Valley in Montana just to see her treasures and visit with her. Thanks for everything Barbara a real highlight of our trip!

Beautiful Little Rock Shop in between Livingston and Yellowstone National Park. They have a vast selection of singing bowls and meditation drums and they offer sound baths meditations and singing bowl lessons. Lots of Montana rocks to look at in their Museum and lots of cool rocks and crystals for purchase.

AMAZING! I'm so glad to have stopped here during my holiday. The store has amazing pieces, great variety and excellent quality minerals. If you're looking for local minerals, you should definitely check this store out. I got a stunning Montana agate specimen, local petrified wood and some other minerals that are kinda difficult to find. Also, the owner is a truly lovely lady! She talked me through every piece I was interested about, answered all of my questions and she was just so sweet. You can really tell she loves what she does. She even showed me some of the stones her husband cuts for jewellers all around the world... I so regret not buying one of those Montana agate cabochons because they were amazing. Last but not least, they also have a small museum full of beautiful specimens. It's a long trip from Italy, but if I ever find myself in Livingston in the future I will definitely...

We stopped in this beautiful shop last summer. It was a magical place, merlin, the owner was in charge for the afternoon, and was friendly and knowledgeable, and with a twinkle in his eye, he said ‘it’s been an ok day though Id rather be working on rocks.’ I was amazed by the amazing paper-pieced quilts hanging about the space, i took a bunch of pictures. My mom is an avid quilter, and paper-pieced my graduation quilt for me. I rarely see it, its almost a lost art form. I digress. The prices were very affordable on the plethora of rocks we picked out. They had so many other neat things too- i bought myself a beautiful smudging kit with a huge feather that was wrapped and beaded. Merlin was even nice enough to give my van a jump start! Im coming back to montana in a couple weeks and will be visiting this...

This is a unique store in Livingston with a lot of locally mined and found Montana agates, fossilized dinosaur bones and petrified and opalized wood. I’m not kidding when I’m saying the stuff here is unique: the petrified wood is from old Merlin’s collection from 50-s. When it is gone, it’s gone. The store is like the little treasury cove. They have even guitar picks made of Montana agate. I was happy to meet at the store the artist ( because the cabs he cuts and polished are little pieces of art) who carved and polished the agates and picks, exactly the same as he made for the Greatfull Dead. If you want to take home a little piece of Montana, do not buy the junk they sell at the gift shops, stop at this store and buy unique gift you will...
