renting the bounce house was easy enough , simple process , they were also extremely accommodating when my pickup spot had to be changed to 0.9 miles away from the original drop off spot . but i paid for the big castle to match the king theme for my sons party , but they ended up delivering the lego bounce house … the pickup went well , was quick && easy . about a day later they requested that i leave a review , i didn’t say anything , so they texted me again asking for me to submit a review , after them reaching out a second time i thought i let them know why i was a bit hesitant to leave a review , && responded with -

“ hey , so the reason i didn't leave a review is because , while the men who delivered the bounce house were so accommodating , && really did go above && beyond to make sure i could find a location to put the bouncy house , the bouncy house i received wasn't even the one i ordered .. i had ordered the classic castle because the party was king themed , && you ended up sending the lego moon bounce which kinda looked out of place with all the king decorations , but i didn't say anything bc i didn't want to make a fuss , or have yall do any extra work .

i had plans to order from you guys again for my youngest sons birthday on july 20th , && get the fiesta combo i originally wanted , && i likely still will , i understand that mistakes happen , && i'll definitely leave a positive review after the party in july as long as everything goes smoothly ,”

they then offered a $50 discount . so i kept that in mind for the upcoming event , i thought that was extremely generous of them . so June 18th i contacted them about my youngest sons party , && they were sending invoices && answering all questions about the cost i had UNTIL i brought up the $50 discount , && then i NEVER heard back . go figure . i thought it was just kinda unprofessional especially after texting me several times for a good review , i let them know about the mistake , not asking for any kind of refund or coupon , just letting them know , they offer a $50 discount && then as soon as i bring it up the communication stops . should’ve known it was too good to be true . just sucks bc they do have good prices && i have 4 very young children && i had plans to get a moonbounce for every birthday bc they love them so much , and they lost that business all bc they didn’t want to provide a $50 discount that they had offered themselves . it was not requested by me , i wasn’t looking for anything but understanding . for all that yu could’ve just apologized and said we’d get it right next time . idk , it’s about integrity && principal to me . if yu offer something due to your own mistake , keep your word , don’t just say it to make it...

An Unforgettable Experience with The Fun Factory!

I recently had the pleasure of renting various equipment from The Fun Factory for my daughter's 8th-grade graduation cookout, and I must say, it was an absolute blast! I want to express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude for the incredible service provided by The Fun Factory.

To start, the inflatable 20' slide was a showstopper! The kids (and even some adults) couldn't get enough of it. The sheer joy and laughter that echoed throughout the event were priceless. It was a fantastic addition to the celebration, and the quality and safety of the equipment were exceptional.

The foam pit and foam machine took the fun to a whole new level. The kids couldn't contain their excitement as they dove into the fluffy foam, creating unforgettable memories. The foam machine worked flawlessly, producing an ample amount of foam to keep everyone engaged and entertained. It was an absolute hit!

One of the highlights of the day was the double-sided inflatable slip and slide. Not only did it provide an adrenaline-pumping experience, but it also offered a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The kids raced down the slippery lanes with pure joy and excitement, creating a friendly competition that added to the overall thrill of the event.

I cannot praise the staff of The Fun Factory enough. They were a pleasure to work with from the moment we made the reservation. Their professionalism, punctuality, and dedication to ensuring that everyone had a fantastic time were evident throughout the entire process. They were polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of.

I utilized this business for my daughter’s first birthday party on the Fourth of July. The party was scheduled to start at 12 PM. I was initially given a delivery window of 9:00–10:00 AM, which was then changed to 9:30–10:30 AM, but they didn’t arrive until almost 11. And everything was set up around 11:30-40ish. It cut things a little close, but no big deal. I rented two table/chair packages, a generator, the concession combo, and the pink combo. I’m not overly picky, but the moon bounce had black debris and leftover water balls left in it, clearly from a previous event. Once again no big deal it was a holiday weekend.

The popcorn machine hadn’t been cleaned, the snowball ice catcher either, and the syrup pump (specifically for the watermelon flavor) was sticky and messy. It wasn’t ideal, but I went ahead and cleaned everything myself.

The real issue was that neither the snow cone machine nor the cotton candy machine worked. I contacted them and they brought a replacement snow cone machine, but said they had no more cotton candy machines available. I did receive a refund for that, which I appreciated. However, for me, it isn’t about the money—it is about the experience. This was my daughter’s first birthday party. I understand things don’t always go perfectly, but I expected the items I rented to be clean and fully functional.
