King of Pizza City — Restaurant in Lochearn

I wish I could give this place NO stars. But the customer service was ok. Decided to try this place as they had left a menu at my home. Ordered 2 subs & an X-Large pizza plus another large pizza. Okay let’s start.. The pizza was dry looking & barely warm. The cheese was brown and stiff.. I ordered that much pizza cause the kids usually eat 3 or more slices..They picked over the 2 slices I initially gave them, barely eating them and left a whole pizza plus some and never asked for more & went straight to bed after. So that’s proof in itself that the pizza was horrible. Let’s get to the subs… OMG!! The nastiest I’ve ever tasted in my life!! The overall flavor of both was absolutely horrible… I ordered a cheese fish and my boyfriend got a cheesesteak with extra cheese. The fish surprised me a bit because I was expecting a square but it was a boneless filet.. nonetheless my mistake for not clearing that up. The fish tasted & smelled so “fishy” and did not taste good AT ALL. I took one bite and spit it out. My boyfriend told me to try his cheesesteak with supposed extra cheese… I bit it and spit it right out. it’s was sooo greasy, no flavor, no seasoning, no evidence of cheese and it taste like the meat was “sour” or “bad”… Then I sniffed it and it smelled bad as well. I told him to take a bite because maybe I was wrong. Maybe my tastebuds were off cause I just bit my nasty sub. He took a bite, chewed two times and spit it out as well. He said I was right. I wanted to call and complain but my boyfriend said they aren’t gonna give us our money back & we definitely didn’t want more food from them, even if they offered to “fix” it and it would only make us more upset. So we threw ALL the food away in the trash. Almost $70 worth of food plus tip in the trash in only 30 minutes after being delivered. We all went to bed upset and hungry because it ruined our appetite to even eat anything else from anywhere else. The guy on the phone that took the order was nice and so was the delivery guy but This place is the absolute worst place I have ever ordered food from…...

Placed a order for delivery on 04/04/2025 for 2 subs, 1 med pizza. One sub has everything no onion no tomato, little mayo little mustard, the other sub has everything no hot no tomato. Both subs incorrect. One sub came with only cheese and mayo. The other came with too much mayo and mustard, and onions. EVERYTHING INCLUDES : MAYO , LETTUCE, TOMATO, HOTS AND FRIED ONIONS , PER WORDS OF THE PERSON ON THE PHONE. So I made sure to specify how I wanted each of my subs. I called the store back, a different person who took my actual order answered. I explained the problem. They said they were not the chef but they would yell at them to fix it. 30 minutes pass, its about 12, I call them again, the man answers saying they're closed. I said okay well You said you were remaking my order so whats the status? He said it went out for delivery okay good. Food gets here I immediately open it, The first sub I see had big onions and mustard, that was enough for me to call back once more. I called them again, The same man responded they were closed, I said okay thats fine but I just called and got my order remade and its still not right so I will be there tomorrow for my money back. He says no way, i sat there and watched them make the order.. whats wrong with it? I tell him how there's too much on one thing then nothing on the other, he says I didnt specify? Therefore I asked what is EVERYTHING?? He responded what I said earlier and I said exactly I asked for one with EVERYTHING no tomato no hot and another with EVERYTHING no onions, no tomatoes, little mayo little mustard. Like how is that not specific? He said I was lying, I said Ill be there WITH the subs the following day 04/05/2025. His response was no you aint. That service was beautiful up until this point. This conversation was very unprofessional and disrespectful. And I was highly respectful up until this point as well. Yes, I will be going there tomorrow after i get off of work WHICH IS AFTER 4pm. This is my first time ordering the submarine sandwich. I have ordered the pizzas with satisfactory results. My orders are always take out. I appreciate the cleanliness of the establishment, however, you can't see the order being made. The establishment offers pork free ingredients which is a plus.

This time I ordered the chicken cheese steak sandwich with fries. When I asked what the ingredients were, I was surprised that they are not same as the Philly cheesesteak pizza without the steak. My order was chicken cheese steak had lettuce, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions and mustard. I was charged for mushrooms and the green peppers $.50 each.

The sandwich was dry and the cheese was lacking. I had oil and vinegar on the side and added that to no avail. I didn't taste the mustard and had to add to the sandwich after a couple of bites. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being the lowest this sub was a 2.5. The bread was fine but the flavor of the chicken was bland and dry.

I asked the fries to be salt free. They did do that. They just weren't hot. I opened my order before driving off due to past experiences with other restaurants.just to check. I rate them a 2. I prefer hand cut fresh fries and these are not that.
