We hired Luke to be our wedding DJ about 1.5 years prior to our actual event day and we couldn't have had a smoother planning experience with him, and the day-of went off without a hitch.

Luke was our DJ for the day but we also referred to him as our "sound maestro" because he helped us get all of our audio set up throughout the day - we had a harpist/flutist duo that required audio, 2 separate officiants who each required audio, a videographer that required sound, speeches throughout the night, etc. We met with Luke in the couple of weeks leading up to our wedding and he didn't even flinch when we mentioned all of the help we would need with sound on our wedding day. On the day of, everything went absolutely perfectly and we are extremely grateful to Luke for all of the work that he put in to make it happen. He was our MC for our wedding day which also all went perfectly. He made all of the announcements that were necessary (like when to start getting food, queued the bridal party entrance, our entrance, speeches, everything!) I will also add that my parents have names that are challenging to pronounce, and he practiced to make sure that he got it right. That really meant a lot to me :)

Luke is, of course, also an amazing DJ. He played American and Indian music during our reception which was awesome (I am Indian). He is really good at reading the room and going with the flow of what people are responding to. He himself brought great vibes to our reception and our friends commented afterwards that they had so much fun out on the dance floor. I should also add that we asked Luke to create a mashup of a Hindi song and an American song for our first dance which he did within a day and it was amazing.

Overall I couldn't recommend LuFru more! Luke is a genuinely nice guy and we felt very at ease working with him. He strikes a good balance between being friendly and professional and is truly an expert...

We made the absolute PERFECT decision when choosing Luke to be our hype man for our wedding earlier this month! Working with Luke was seamless. He took the time to get to know us on our initial visit, allowed us to ask questions, and he really took the time figure out the vibe of our wedding! From here, the process was simple! We were able to create our own Spotify playlist so he could see the music we listen to and pull from at the wedding if needed and he had a portal so we could schedule out our wedding day and the music we wanted to hear at that specific time. This portal was so helpful to have for planning our entire wedding as well!

During the ceremony Luke was able to set up mic's and a complete sound system! It was the absolute best audio that I've ever heard during a wedding. YES LUKE!

After the ceremony, it was AMAZING! He played banger after banger in the dance barn :) Our guests continued to come up to us saying it was the BEST reception they have every been to. Luke was always keeping the party going and was open to getting requests from our guests while keeping his vibe flowing! We can't say enough good things about how he controlled the dance floor, our first dances, and introducing us at dinner. It seriously was the most epic party we have been a part of thanks to Luke!

Luke is the absolute best DJ. Searching for and choosing vendors for a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming. We were recommended to reach out to Luke by our venue (Zingerman's Cornman Farms) and it turned out to be the BEST decision. Luke took the stress out of booking a DJ from the moment we reached out to him.

We reached out to Luke while he was on vacation in South Africa and he still made the time to video chat with us for an hour. He was calm, cool, collected, friendly, personable, and instantly caught the vibe we were going for.

Choosing songs for all the different parts of the wedding was made easy by Luke through constant communication and the website he set up. Furthermore, the week of the wedding, I threw a huge task at him with trying to set up an entire surprise full-band performance for my wife. Luke made it all work with ease.

The Wedding day was perfect in every way.
