Do not I repeat do not patronize the Lodi, CA Store I went to them for a battery replacement, for a iPhone the gentleman claim to be certified IPhone and Android tec’s battery would never hold a charge. Today I went to a actual phone repair shop he pulled the Batteries Plus battery out of my iPhone it still had the manufacturer wrapper on the battery, He also noticed they replaced my screen with the most generic cheap screen. The gentleman today told me to take the battery back to Batteries Plus and show them. I called Batteries Plus, The Gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager of this store is rude dismissive and has a chip on his shoulder.He damaged my phone during repair and he put improper parts back into it when I tried to tell him what he was doing was wrong.He became illiterate and dismissive, and walked away from me very unprofessional.It was at this point that I did get angry and cussat him and told him, I was going to tell t mobile he damaged my phone. They were able to answer all of my questions over the phone before I went to the store and made me feel more comfortable about my purchase than the factory store for my ATV.
